Narita AIC Airport Hotel

There was an onsen (public bath). The room was spacious and modern. There was a free shuttle buss.

Breakfast was a bit lame, and the toaster was broken and the butter on the cold bread tasted off. I reserved late, because my flight was suddenly delayed and I couldn’t get home. I room was available and I needed to pay for it instantly online at about 9:30pm. I then called the hotel to say I would be there at 11:30pm at the earliest. Then I kept getting messages saying I’d have to be there by 12am. I kind of think that if they take last minute reservations at 9:30pm at night for a hotel near an airport (where this happens daily) they need a reception open later than 12am or at least some way to check in. However the staff was very nice when I got there at 11:30pm.

They had room! Last minute booking due to flight cancellation. Plus they provided an airport shuttle in the morning

It was a available last minute after our flight was cancelled. The room was ok. Three small beds. Room was clean, reasonable.

Strange room configuration, location is in a neighborhood, with nothing nearby.

This review is from my wife, who stayed here with our two children. The location was horrible. The rooms were small. There were no English channels on the TV. The front desk staff doesn’t even speak English. ???. The hotel is nestled in the middle of a neighborhood. The closest restaurant and 7-Eleven is a 7 to 10 min walk. Certainly not ideal with a 5 and 3 yr old. There is absolutely no attractions or entertainment around this location. I did come across somewhat of a park on our walk to the Chinese Restaurant. As an airport hotel, I expected more onsite amenities, with food being at the top of the list. They only served breakfast from 6:30am-8:30 am for those that actually paid for a breakfast package. There’s no showing up and just paying for breakfast. There’s a sign in the elevator that specifically says, if you didn’t buy the food package, you will not be served. Also, no delivery options were available. I am not sure if this was due to the Japanese Holiday or if the hotel is just too far out. But, this was not a pleasant experience. Especially with children. Lastly, the staff was non responsive on booking.com, which is how I discovered this place. Although it was priced lower than the surrounding hotels, the prices should’ve been much lower given the fact that they offer absolutely nothing but a room and airport shuttle.

I’m a sucker for a hard bed so super happy with the bed (think I was fast asleep within 5 minutes). Room was basic in a good way - no frills and great value

Mushy scrambled eggs are a thing in Japan and that takes a little to get used to being a lover of said dish anytime before midday!! The wonderful toasting machine made up for it!

The staff were very kind and the rooms were clean. There were also buffet breakfast provided and shuttle service to the airport. All of it at an affordable, reasonable price.

It is located a bit far from the airport. I hope they can also provide shuttle service from airport to their hotel.

The bunks are cute and great pyjamas.

It's a decent taxi ride to the airport.

I really love the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the surrounding. And of the course the staff too. I would recommend this hotel for a night stay, but not for many nights.

The size of the room. Maybe I should choose a bigger room as I brought my mom, and two of my siblings, so I felt like it was cramping, you cant really move so much, with the luggages too.

Lovely little hotel, the staff were very helpful , gave me a map to the seven 12 and a bus timetable to get into Tokyo

Very comfortable, room was bright and clean, enough beds to accommodate a family of 5 including 2 children and an adult child. Shower facilities in the room were lovely and warm, separate toilet was a bonus. Way to access with a lift. Easy to find the room and the staff were lovely and greeted with the warmest smiles. Cannot fault location or accommodation.

Close to the airport and clean and comfortable

The staff were very nice and it was very clean.

It’s so far from everything and the rooms are soo much smaller than the look in the pictures.

My kids loved the bunks in the standard family room—we arrived so late and left so early for our flight that we didn’t even notice that it didn’t have a view, so if you’re in the same situation you can save some money and pay for a standard room. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the free shuttle to the airport was fantastic—left exactly on time, got us to the airport at exactly the time they said it would. The restaurant was closed by the time we got there, so I wish we had picked up some take away near the train station or something. Because of the holiday there was only a 7-11 and a Chinese restaurant open within walking distance, but there are other options when it isn’t the New Year holiday. There was only one pillow per bed, but there were 5 of us, so if you’re in a larger family be sure to request extra pillows at check in.

The kids in the bunks were really hot from the heater (and thermodynamics), but those of us on the floor were cold. Consider that when deciding who will sleep up top.

The staff were so kind and helpful, and could also speak Chinese which was helpful for us since we didn’t speak Japanese but could speak Chinese. The rooms and beds were clean. Restroom fixtures were modern.

WiFi was a little weak!
